The graduation ceremony of the School of Business, Economics and Society marks the completion of the students’ academic journey and celebrates their achievements. The focus of the event is on the graduates, whose success is recognized together with faculty, family, friends, and guests.
The program combines formal and personal moments, offering an opportunity to look back on the years of study and celebrate this important milestone together. In addition to welcome remarks, a keynote speech, and award presentations, highlights of the ceremony include the presentation of certificates, signing the Golden Book, and a group photo. The event concludes with a relaxed get-together in the courtyard.

Entry
Entry to Lecture Hall H4 begins at 3:00 p.m. and is via both upper entrances on Level 1.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please have your tickets ready as QR codes so they can be scanned immediately upon entry.
Main Program
Starting at 3:30 p.m., the formal ceremony will include welcome speeches, a ceremonial speech, award presentations, the official handing over of certificates and a group graduation photo.

Evening Program
Following the ceremony, all guests are warmly invited to the get-together in the courtyard beginning at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Academic gowns can be returned from 5:30 p.m. onward in LG Room 0.224.
