The graduation ceremony offers an opportunity to celebrate the successful completion of studies together in a festive setting. The next ceremony will take place on July 3, 2026. Prior registration is required to participate. The free tickets for graduates and accompanying guests can now be obtained via Pretix.
Each graduate may only register themselves and purchase tickets for up to four accompanying guests. Graduates will be seated in the front rows according to their degree program and in alphabetical order. Therefore, when ordering tickets, you will also be asked which degree program you have completed.
Important Notice
To participate in the graduation ceremony, all examinations and the final thesis must be graded as passed no later than 10 days before the event. This will be verified by the Examinations Office. The event will be held in German.

Using the button below, both participation in the graduation ceremony and accompanying guests can be conveniently registered. To ensure the best possible planning and organization of the event, early registration is kindly requested.
Notice on Ticket Availability
All available tickets for the graduation ceremony have currently been allocated. However, if any cancellations occur, the released tickets will become available again in the registration shop. It is therefore recommended to check the shop regularly for any newly available tickets
Following registration, the completed academic achievements will be reviewed approximately 10 days before the event. After successful verification, the tickets will be sent via email about one week before the event.
As the capacity of the event venue is limited, only a fixed number of tickets is available. A total of 180 graduates and a maximum of 520 accompanying guests can be accommodated for the ceremony. Once the ticket quota has been exhausted, no further bookings will be possible.
Ordering Academic Gowns
An academic gown adds a special festive atmosphere to the ceremony and appropriately highlights the graduates. Gowns including stoles, as well as graduation caps, can be rented for a fee or purchased here by both Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates. Each graduate must order the academic attire independently.
Orders for gowns and caps must be placed no later than June 19, 2026. When placing the order, the code “fauwiso” must be provided.
The return of rented attire will take place directly after the ceremony on the day of the event. Gowns and caps must be returned together with a sheet containing the graduate’s name, placed in a sealable plastic bag, in room LG 0.224.
Tickets
After successful registration and verification, QR codes for admission will be provided to all participants. To ensure the smoothest possible process on the day of the event, all guests are kindly asked to have their respective QR codes ready at the entrance.
